If you feel that there is a problem/error with your order you MUST contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. All packages are weighed, before they are shipped, and can easily be looked up to confirm items in order and their exact weights.

Refund policy

Please understand: Due to the cosmeceutical nature of these products, all product sales are final.  Just as a medication could not be returned and resold at a pharmacy, our products could not maintain their quality guarantee if they were opened and resold. Most products take at least 60 days to start showing measurable results, and all products must be given time to work.

Your business is important to us. At Bay Harbour Med Spa, we double-check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. But things do happen on occasion. If your order arrives damaged or is not correct, please let us know right away within 24 hours of receiving your package. You can click on the Contact Us tab. We will be happy to correct the problem.

If something has been damaged during shipping, you may need to return (at our expense) the damaged portion of your order, so that we can resolve the issue with our carrier. Please save all your packaging while we get things sorted out.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped with in 24-48 hours.

We use postal service for all shipping within the Continental U.S., its territories, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and military addresses – deliveries take up to 5 business days  (usually less). Orders shipped on Friday’s will be shipped the following Monday, in some instances, we are asked to ship signature required. If you are not available to receive your package, USPS will usually re-attempt delivery of your package. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped with in 24-48 hours.

International orders are shipped by USPS or UPS International Global Express with signature required. Telephone numbers are required for shipment. UPS will not authorize shipments without a telephone listed. This generally requires 10-14 days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. If you are not available to receive your package, UPS will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutive business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please let us know.

Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as ‘gifts’ or report incorrect values. Thank you for your understanding.

Also, please note, shipping charges to Canada and Mexico are $15. Shipping via USPS to South America or Europe is $25. Shipping to the Middle East or Asia is $35. We will bill you separately once your order is processed. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an invoice for shipping. We will not ship your order out until you pay your shipping fees according to the region you live in.
