Vitamins and Minerals: An Anti- Acne Daily Nutritional Program

The following vitamins and minerals can help heal acne, and prevent future breakouts. So many of our clients who use our Acne Solution product line along with these vitamins and minerals, report how phenomenal the results are. As always, CONSULT with your physician before consuming any new medications.

  • Vitamin A: 150,000 IU per day for three months under a physician’s supervision (women who are pregnant or have the chance of getting pregnant, should not exceed taking a dosage of more than 3,000 IU per day)
  • Probiotic: A minimum of 5 billion to 10 billions colony-forming units per day (you may need to purchase this straight from your local health food store, because this particular supplement should be kept in the freezer)
  • Vitamin C: 1,000 mg per day
  • Selenium: 200 mcg per day
  • Zinc: 50 mg per day
  • Chromium: 200 to 400 mcg per day
  • Vitamin D3: 2,000 to 4,000 IU per day (you should have a physician measure your Vit D levels by checking your blood work results, and adjust accordingly)
  • Grape seed extract: 100 to 300 mg per day
  • Pine bark extract: 100 to 300 mg per day
  • Plant-based antioxidant that can produce and ORAC (oxygen radical absorption capacity): 3,000 to 6,000 units per day
